Journaling is a wonderful media to help with life’s challenges ( the happy and sad times) . Often it may be helpful to ” sort out” your thoughts and feeings about a loved one by writing a letter to this person who is experiencing a difficulty or who has passed away. By expressing your thoughts and feelings you decrease your own stress and this helps more with coping with the situation. So here it begins, ” A special memory that I have about you is…………….”
